If you live in a state that has NOT already seen Right to Repair legislation:

• you should begin educating your workforce about the issue and its implications.

• Keep your eyes and ears open to activity at your state/local Farm Bureaus. If you learn of local activity, seek out opportunities to discuss the issue.

• UEDA and EDA can help provide you with the resources you need to prepare for these types of discussions. Contact UEDA to request these resources.

• Be prepared to discuss this issue with your customers in a way that will emphasize the detrimental impact this type of legislation could have on the dealer/customer relationship and on their own businesses.
