UNITED and EDA monitor both federal and state legislative sessions on a full-time basis, identifying and tracking bills relative to our industry. Legislative reports are made regularly to all members.

Scholarships from SERF and EDF

UNITED and EDA both have 501(c)3 tax-exempt foundations that support our mission by awarding scholarships to deserving young people entering post-secondary education throughout our four-state geographical region.


Technician Credential for High School Students

UEDA offers an industry-recognized credentialing system for identifying exceptional achievement of Ohio students enrolled in approved Career-Technical Education Programs.



Educational Liaison

The Association staff works with institutions that are training potential equipment dealership employees, acting in an advisory role and assisting with placement. UEDA also sponsors several scholarships at key post-secondary schools in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Michigan.
